Who is the data controller?

The entity responsible for the collection and processing of personal data is the Company which provides the service and, in the context, decides what data is collected, the means of processing the data, and for what purposes they are used, both on the website and in our rental agency that use them to offer you mobility solutions.

What information do we collect?

We collect information when you submit your request. It is not necessary to proceed with a prior registration to book; it is only necessary to choose dates, vehicle, times (booking details) and enter the data so that, after that, the Company may confirm the booking, which it does through communication sent by email, if the Customer's booking request is possible and if the booking will be confirmed.

We also collect your information when you voluntarily complete questionnaires or provide feedback. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

How is the information used?

The data collected is used to process your request and manage your account. The Company does not share your information for marketing campaigns.

When processing your request, we may send your data to, and also use information from, credit and fraud prevention agencies.

You can ask us, at any time, to:

i) access the information we hold about you;

ii) rectify the information if it is incorrect or incomplete;

iii) erase or limit the processing of your personal data;

iv) send the personal data previously provided in a structured, commonly used form and in a computer-readable format if the processing depends on your consent or agreement and it is carried out by automated means.

When the processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Company, or when the processing is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing or profiling, the data subject may also, at any time, object to the processing of their personal data.

In what circumstances is data reported to other entities (third parties and subcontractors)?

The Company may use third parties to provide certain services within the scope of its activity. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies the access, by these entities, to the personal data of our Customers. If this happens, the Company takes appropriate measures to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputable and offer guarantees regarding this, which shall be duly defined and safeguarded in a contract entered into between the Company and the third party.

Any subcontracted entity shall process our Customers' personal data, in the name and on behalf of the Company, under the obligation to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures in order to protect personal data against destruction, accidental or unlawful, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination, or unauthorised access and against any other form of unlawful processing.

In either case, it shall remain responsible for the personal data made available to the Company.

You have the right, at any time, not to be contacted for marketing campaigns by sending us electronic communication stating the fact.

What measures have been taken by the Company to ensure the security of your personal data?

The Company undertakes to ensure the protection of the security of personal data made available to us, having approved and implemented rules in this regard.
